Mango& pineapple overnight oats


  • 1/3 cup of Nairn's Gluten Free Scottish Porridge Oats

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tsp Linseed

  • 1 tbsp Toasted Coconut Flakes

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Yogurt

  • For the Puree: 1/4 cup Mango, diced

  • 2 tbsp Water

  • Additional toppings: Kiwi,

  • Pineapple and Banana Slices



1. In a preserve jar, combine oats, chia seeds, linseeds and coconut flakes

2. Add coconut milk and yoghurt

3. Stir or shake to combine

4. Combine mango and water in a blender, puree until smooth

5. Top oat mixture with mango puree

6. Cover and leave overnight in the fridge.  This can be done up to three days in advance

7. Top with slice fruit, enjoy!
