PATAKS INDIAN FAKEAWAY

INGREDIENTS

  • Pataks Plain Pappadums

  • Pataks Mango Chutney.

  • Pataks Sauce Jar of your choice, I used Butter chicken and Balti Chicken

 

These Patak Sauces are full of flavour, you literally just add the sauce and chicken, leave it on a simmer until chicken is thoroughly cooked and hey presto.

I cut some chunky onions and put into the pan with the chicken then adding some green peppers. 
Pour the Pataks Balti Sauce into the pan and leave to simmer until the chicken is cooked.
(I like my food spicy so i added chillies)

Put some oil/butter into pan and add chicken for a couple of minutes. Add the Pataks Butter chicken sauce and leave to simmer until the chicken is cooked.

A traditional fluffy pea and jeera rice served as a side.
