2 Weeks Celery Juice
I hope you are all doing well, it's currently raining cats and dogs with crazy winds.
So if you have been reading my updates via social media or blogs you will know that I am trying celery juice.

So I have done 15 days worth of celery juice every morning on a empty stomach. First week I didn't feel any difference however my body and especially my bones felt really cold and ached.
Since getting diagnosed with Coeliac and Colitis disease my bones have always hurt especially my wrists and arms. The only way I can really explain it is a dull constant ache with sometimes a shooting pain. I have had my vitamin levels checked, everything is fine minus my vitamin D. I take daily supplements for iron and vitamin D since last year.
Ok so, day 10 I started to really feel a difference. I woke up and had ZERO pain in my wrists, arms and legs for the first time in 2 years. When I mean zero pain I mean nothing, in fact it was such an off feeling I felt as though I was missing something as I was so used to the pain.
My energy levels have increased and my fatigue has definitely improved, I don't need a daily nap to survive the day. I have also noticed that my nails are growing really strong, normally they would break and I could never really grow them (now that I have mentioned it one will break lol). I don't feel in a low mood like I was, not wanting to do anything, go anywhere or really talk to anyone. I am starting to finally feel like me again
Is it the celery juice, placebo effect or maybe my body just feeling better? Who knows, all I know is that I am starting to finally feel better.
The only down point is that I have to buy a week's supply of celery and it takes up kitchen space lol.
