RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Thanks for purchasing our products at My Free From Kitchen.
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase and will be reviewed if a refund is available for offer. . The item must unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
My Free From Kitchen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
